Built in 1800, 5 Plum Lane had great bones with need for a modest aesthetic upgrade.  In addition there is a single central chimney that took care of 4 fireplaces.  The oil boiler actually flued through the main living spaces.  A mason had parged over the original beehive fireplace and surround.  We direct vented the oil burner flu exposing the original charm.  A new kitchen ties the first floor together recreating the space as a modern classic.  Mike and Victoria Mirabelli moved in to Plumb Lane summer 2010.
