Built in 1985, this newly purchased home is ready for modernization.  In assessing the remodel, we realized we could add another shower bath to the 2nd floor, creating a second suite.  Karl Gross is working some magic on heavily textured ceilings, binging them back to life with a refined flat finish.  We also removed a partition wall seperating the kitchen from a crowded living room, creating a clean flow to a wide open floor plan.
